Each Rally is an opportunity for employees to hear directly from Southwest Airline’s CEO Gary Kelly and other leadership about key company priorities and objectives, in addition to having fun and celebrating as only Southwest can. More importantly, our team designs a comprehensive engagement campaign leading up to and following each Rally to keep the momentum going.
