Purposeful Growth is a key value of ours here at CPG Agency, and one that’s near and dear to us when it comes to the growth of our people. We define it by “seeking meaningful improvements for our clients, our company, our community, and ourselves.” And we’re happy to announce the promotion of these key individuals who lead the way for our team.
Stephen Rastberger, Director of Production Services
Stephen has a broad background that includes experiential marketing, live entertainment production and management of mobile marketing tours for several Fortune 500 companies. In his new role as the Director of Production Services, he oversees CPG’s team of producers and is responsible for ensuring that all projects are properly staffed, budgeted and executed. In addition to leading the production services team, he also produces projects like Southwest Airlines, Yum! Brands, ACI Worldwide and others.
Fun Fact: Stephen is often referred to as the oldest young person you’ll meet (think Scotch and cardigans).
Matt Eres, Manager of Client Services
In his new role Matt oversees a team of account directors who are responsible for the overall success of CPG’s client base. In his previous role, Matt worked directly with many of the agency’s top clients such as Ulta Beauty, ServiceMaster Brands, AB InBev and Yum! Brands, to name a few. Matt has been with CPG for three years, with 20+ years of expertise in events and strategy at the agency level.
Fun Fact: Matt has been part of two NBA Championships with the Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls and one championship with the Arena Football League (name dropper).
Tom Kiehl, Business Operations Manager
Tom is responsible for defining, developing and implementing best practices for both creative and operational processes in order to better optimize resources. He has been integral in leveraging the agency’s utilization of technology in order to improve quality, productivity and create efficiencies across CPG.
Additionally, Tom serves as content production manager, responsible for various project needs and overseeing all creative efforts and resources.
Fun Fact: Throughout Tom’s career, spanning 35 years, he has always worked within a few blocks of the Arch (you’re so St. Louis, Tom).
Lexei Mann, Associate Producer
In Lexei’s new role as Associate Producer, she works closely with the production services team supporting projects on event branding, digital development, travel and vendor management, and working alongside executive producers on various project needs.
Lexei currently supports the project teams for Southwest Airlines, Ulta Beauty, ATI Physical Therapy and Sport Clips. She joined CPG in 2021 with a background in marketing communication, with experience in non-profit events and fundraising.
Fun Fact: She’s a total foodie! Exploring the best restaurants in St. Louis is her favorite thing to do and she loves to cook (CPG’s next Food Network Star?).
