As a privately held agency, CPG continues to be led by co-founder and CEO Keith Alper, with day-to-day operations led by President Sharon Reus. “Steve and I met working in the theater department at Six Flags in the 1980s,” said Alper. “We had no idea that putting a slide show together as kids would lead to a decades-long partnership doing work for such amazing clients across the globe.”
As a full-service agency that includes in-house teams for strategy, creative, content and video, and production, CPG specializes in corporate meetings and events, employee experiences, internal communication, and audience engagement.
“One thing I’ve learned in 40 years is that not a lot changes at the core of what we do,” said Alper. “Success still comes from sticking to the basics; hard work, great people, a relentless focus on creativity, and always putting our clients and team first.”
Over the past 40 years, there’s not much CPG hasn’t done in the experiential space – including concerts with A-list performers, public festivals for hundreds of thousands, galas for international dignitaries, top-secret fighter jet reveals, brand activations, grand openings, and so much more.
“What I love most about leading this team is each day is different,” said Reus. “We get to work with world-class brands and design experiences that make a difference in their organizations. We also have an amazing team, who get all the credit for the great work we do.”
