CPG Agency is an industry leader when producing mid-size Business Events, according to Event Marketer Magazine. In their inaugural “B-to-B Hidden Gems” Awards, Event Marketer acknowledges CPG Agency’s production of Ulta Beauty’s General Managers Conference (GMC) as the Best Employee Engagement Event. The industry thought-leader also recognizes CPG Agency’s production of Southwest Airlines’ Las Vegas Rally, where they earned runner-up honors for Best Overall B-to-B Event.

Our Client-centric Approach Nets Another Award

“CPG succeeds by focusing on our clients and making them part of our family,” said CPG Agency CEO, Keith Alper. “We take their business goals as seriously as our own and focus on providing the best platform to creatively capture their people’s attention. It’s an approach that leads to some seriously exciting and creative experiences, as we regularly see with Ulta Beauty, Southwest Airlines and many others.”

This year’s inaugural Event Marketer B-To-B Hidden Gems Awards is the first recognition program focused on B-to-B events with less than 5,000 attendees. Judges chose winners in 11 categories which span nearly every type of B-to-B event, media, employee engagement, product launch, and general session experience. To further the level of competition and put attention on a broader range of events, each category offered two awards – one for those with attendees up to 1,000 and those with attendees from 1,000 to 5,000. CPG Agency was awarded Best Employee Engagement Event for Ulta’s GMC and runner up for Best Overall B-to-B Event for Southwest’s Rallies – both in the 1,000 to 5,000 category.

“Our production team is thrilled to be recognized by a prominent industry leader like Event Marketer,” Alper said. “Of course the focus is always to solve for the clients’ needs as creatively and effectively as possible, but receiving recognition from your peers for your outstanding work doesn’t get old, either.”

“Recognizing the industry’s best, smaller B-to-B events is long overdue,” adds Event Marketer Magazine Group Editor and Publisher, Jessica Heasley. “We salute this inaugural class of Hidden Gems!”

CPG adds the 2019 recognition to a growing list of awards in the event and culture space, including The 2019 Event Marketer “It List.” By continuing to raise the bar as a corporate engagement agency, CPG has earned the trust of top brands such as Sport Clips, Yum! Brands, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Nissan, Jimmy John’s, Carnival Cruise Lines and more.

Originally a large event production agency known as Creative Producers Group, CPG shifted the agency’s overall focus to a more culture-centric event design that leverages each client’s annual event investment to solve their most pressing business goals. By going beyond lights and sound to produce experiential engagement that inspires belief within attendees at events and across the culture, CPG helps cascade critical brand messaging from leadership to the frontline stakeholders, and ultimately to the customers.
