The airline that we LUV is a growing partnership that touches nearly every area of our agency. Creative, design, production, video, engagement, digital and more all work together to design and produce a series of Rallies across six markets, reaching more than 15,000 Southwest employees from all levels.

Each Rally is an opportunity for employees to hear directly from Southwest Airline’s CEO Gary Kelly and other leadership about key company priorities and objectives, in addition to having fun and celebrating as only Southwest can. More importantly, our team designs a comprehensive engagement campaign leading up to and following each Rally to keep the momentum going.

CPG’s internal communications strategy and experiential approach increased Rally attendance by 31%. A nice increase for ROI’s sake, but also a huge gain in people who can experience and participate in the brand mission, face to face with their peers.
