CPG Agency, an award-winning experiential marketing, event production and employee engagement agency is thrilled to announce that Michael Taylor has re-joined the agency as vice president of sales and marketing. Michael brings more than 15 years of experience in blah, blah, blah. Seen this one before? Me too.
If you’ve read this far, kudos. I’m not here to dazzle you with my credentials, experience and glamour shot of my receding hairline. What I’d love to do is simply offer you a bit of my personality, share my passion for the industry and the possibility of what CPG Agency offers.
I’ve been in the experience industry for some time, cutting my teeth with CPG for more than 10 years. I’ve spent the last couple of years at our sister agency Geniecast helping guide organizations through their virtual events and experience journey during the pandemic. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked closely with some pretty amazing brands across retail, healthcare, cruising, franchise systems, national nonprofits and more. In this industry, relationships can last a lifetime, and I’m proud of those that I’ve built with clients, colleagues and partners. We do our best here to practice what we preach, which leads me to what the hell it is we do here that brought me back to CPG.
For more than 35 years, CPG has been an industry leader in executing large-scale corporate meetings and events, but what we’re most proud of is the integration of employee and stakeholder engagement, and the entire ecosystem of how your people connect with your purpose and evangelize your mission. As we like to say, we create belief to power positive change. This spans the entire lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, development, measurement, motivation and recognition.

I’m just as excited as you are to get back to face-to-face connections, live events and creating those meaningful experiences that simply cannot be replicated on a screen. And some of your people are more than happy to remain put in a completely virtual world, which is OK! We’ve got solutions for engaging them too. I’m convinced that we’ve seen more change and disruption in the last two years than we’ve seen in my entire career.
