CPG works closely with ELC to develop all aspects of this annual fundraiser to ensure it's always an unforgettable evening.
CPG annually serves as executive producer of the Executive Leadership Council’s Annual Recognition Gala in Washington, D.C that hosts more than 2,000 African-American corporate leaders. Our team works closely with ELC leadership to develop the event’s theme and visual branding which are used in a campaign of marketing materials and event collateral.
The CPG Agency team produces video modules, overall show management and manages A-list talent that has included Diana Ross, John Legend and Gabrielle Union.

A big congratulations to the CPG team for a spectacular Recognition Gala. It had the celebratory feel we all wanted. It had the elegant look we all craved. And it had the efficiency and hospitality we all demanded. Great job by all. The Gala continues to make a big statement about who we are.
Executive Leadership Council
It's an honor every year to produce ELC's Recognition Gala in D.C. and help make a difference in raising attention and funds for such an important cause. From the dinner to the show to the after-parties, it's incredible to see excitement on attendees' faces.
