CPG produces a series of Rallies across four markets, reaching more than 15,000 Southwest employees across all levels.

The airline we LUV is a partnership touching nearly every area of our agency. Creative, design, production, video, engagement, digital and more all work together to produce a series of Rallies across multiple markets for employees to hear directly from leadership about key company priorities and objectives while celebrating as only Southwest Airlines can.
