Carnival Corporation is the parent of 9 cruise ship brands, notably their flagship Carnival Cruise Line. These 9 brands operate autonomously across the globe. For the first time ever, they brought together top executives and emerging leaders across each brand, from all levels of the organization, to define ways they better collaborate and collectively impact key objectives. CPG served as a trusted advisor from the very beginning by developing the event’s content architecture and designing a nontraditional experience that fosters meaningful behavior change while orienting mindset to build trust and coordination.
Beyond overall event and video production, we bring in keynote speakers to galvanize key messages, as well as design experiential learning sessions within small groups that contribute to team building and brand awareness.
